Propel App (“Application”) is a mobile application provided under the Propel PPF brand by Propel Otomotiv İç ve Dış Tic. Ltd. Şti. This Privacy Policy explains the conditions under which your personal data is processed, the legal bases for such processing, and the rights you have when using the Application.

1) Account / Membership in the Application

• No registration or login is required for standard use of the Propel App.

• The Application does not request identity information such as name, surname, or email address from general users.

• Only authorized dealer personnel may access special management modules; these modules are not available to general users.

2) Data Processed

• Warranty inquiry inputs: Data entered by you during warranty inquiries (e.g., warranty card number, license plate) is transmitted to our backend system solely to display the result.

• Technical logs: For debugging and security purposes, server access logs (IP address, date/time, request path) may be temporarily retained.

• External interactions: When you initiate phone calls (tel:), send emails (mailto:), or visit Instagram/YouTube/map links via the Application, the interaction takes place on the respective external service. The privacy policies of those services apply.

3) Purposes and Legal Grounds of Processing

• Performance of service: To display warranty status and provide dealer/product information (KVKK Art. 5/2-c).

• Legitimate interest: For security, performance, and debugging (KVKK Art. 5/2-f).

• Explicit consent: If processing is required for purposes other than those stated above, your explicit consent will be obtained.

4) Cookies and Tracking

• Propel App does not use cookies and does not perform advertising or personalized tracking.

• When redirected to external sites (e.g., Instagram, YouTube), the cookie and privacy policies of those sites apply.

5) Third Parties and Transfers

• The Application’s server infrastructure is hosted in Türkiye.

• Technical service providers (hosting, cloud infrastructure, etc.) may support operations solely as data processors.

• No data is shared for marketing purposes.

• Data may be shared in case of legal obligations (court or authority requests).

6) Data Retention

• Warranty inquiry inputs: Retained only as long as necessary to complete the query and for security purposes.

• Server logs: Retained for reasonable periods for security and debugging; expired records are regularly deleted or anonymized.

7) Security

• Your data is protected during transmission via TLS/SSL.

• Access is controlled through authorization restrictions and up-to-date security measures.

8) Your Rights under KVKK

Pursuant to Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), you have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data is processed,

• Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose,

• Know the third parties to whom data is transferred,

• Request correction/deletion/restriction of processing,

• Object to processing.
